excellent shower helpful staff comfortable sofa
the shower was excellent in my double room private bathroom. i found the staff helpful and pleasant. the downstairs area featured comfortable sofas and low lighting, a nice spot to have a drink in the evening.

convenient location easy walk excellent staff last day
the hotel's location on the high street was VERY convenient. i liked the easy walk to the bus and train stations. the staff were excellent, especially the young lady on reception. she treated us well despite it being her last day.
the breakfast was good i think although a hot option would be nice

Really good Central Stay
easy access continental breakfast secure room
The location provided immediate access to pedestrian areas. I found several restaurants and shops nearby. This made exploring very easy. The provided continental breakfast included various juices plus tea. Coffee and cereals were available too. The staff accommodated bike storage in a secure room.

The hotel is in the main pedestrian area, easy to walk to local attractions. Many shops are in close proximity. I really liked how easy it was to get around.

adequate stay in central area
convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed small bathroom low shower pressure thin wall
the location was very convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions (i especially liked the proximity to shops). the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the bathroom was quite small. the shower pressure was low (it was difficult to rinse shampoo). the walls seemed thin and i could hear noise from other rooms.
